Development program information
These programs are for players who are wanting to elevate their netball game in an academy environment. Both club and rep players can join this program.
E1 – 8/9yrs (this year) 4pm-5.30pm
E2 – 10yr (this year) 4pm-6pm
E3 – 11/13yrs (this year and ages will be split) 5-7pm

Performance program information
These programs are only for players who have played representative netball or made a representative squad.
E1 -12/15yrs (this year) 4pm-6pm
The performance academy program will offer the opportunity to elevate your skills in a performance environment with Elite coaches.

Rising stars 5/7yrs information
These programs are for players who are 5-6-7yrs old this year.
The rising stars program is an opportunity for our newest players to either start their netball journey or continue developing their skills outside of the Saturday season.
This is a foundation program and will directly focus on core netball skills.

✭ 7 week home program to help build passing and footwork skills
✭ Training journal
✭ 1 x parent education session so you can learn to the correct technique of passing, footwork and shooting.
