RISING STARS PROGRAM
The rising stars program is created to support junior players through the learning phases of netball.
We will provide a program that not only teaches the players the technical elements of skills this age should be learning but also provide activities that will stretch their ability and take them to the next stage of learning and development throughout the process.
This program will include;
- Passing and ball skills
- Footwork skills
- Creating space
- Coming forward for the ball skills
- Core defence skills
The program is for players born 2013 and 2014.
RISING STARS INVESTMENT
The program includes;
- 9 week – 90min face to face sessions
- 1 x 3hr session (Sunday) focusing on game play, communication, nutrition experiences.
- Training with Lightning and or Firebird players.
- Training singlet
- Drink bottle
- 10 week home program (video trainings)
- Graduation
- End of program report card and areas of improvement to build on.

PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
The performance program is created to support the next generation of pathway players through technical and tactical skills this age should be learning.
The playing group will be tasked with stretching and challenging themselves with activities designed to maximise player development within the program.
This program will include;
- Passing and ball skills
- Footwork skills
- Creating space
- Prelim work
- Core/advanced defence skills
- Core advanced attack skills
The program is for players born 2012 - 2010.
PERFORMANCE INVESTMENT
The program includes;
- 9 week – 1hr 45min face to face sessions
- 1 x 3hr session (Sunday) focusing on game play, communication, nutrition experiences.
- Training with Lightning and or Firebird players.
- Training singlet
- Drink bottle
- 10 week home program (video trainings)
- Recovery experience
- Graduation
- End of program report card and areas of improvement to build on

What is the benefit that comes from attending this program?
We have a created a program that is designed to both develop but also challenge the players. We believe that being able to perform core skills at a technical and tactical level is very important and our focus will be on delivering activities that provide this framework and a space for players to be stretched and develop further.
Are numbers capped?
Yes. We accept maximum 30 players per program.
What is your coach to player ratio?
10 – 12 players per coach.
How will you split the groups?
We aim to split the group up in each session by ages.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer pay in four via paypal.
When do bookings close?
Unless sold our prior, bookings close 5 days before the program starts.
