We have created a session where the players will get to participate in WHOLE netball experience for players to dive into. ‘
- Train with SSN players
- Train with the NetSpirit elite coaching team
- Make your own pre/post training snacks
- Immerse in a recovery experience
- Learn mindset techniques
- Jump on court and put it all in practice
Whether the players come alone or in a team we will ensure they have the absolute best experience.
While we have plenty of off court experiences our on court experiences will provide the BEST development training the players can receive these school holidays. Not only will the players learn from our Firebirds and Lightning players, we have our Head coach Victor Pokata (GC Titians coach), Celia Hau (GC Titians coach), Kat our NetSpirit CEO and the NetSpirit performance team delivering ACTIONABLE skills that players can use next time they take the court.
We are FAMOUS for our ACTIONABLE skills – fitness is not our focus – teaching players things they can use on court next time they play is and where parents investment is best spent.
