Training in the pre-season is a way to improve on your skills before the season starts.
After some time away from the court, Pre-season training can help you build court skills and fitness. This can give you an edge over other players when the season commences.
We have a variety of programs to support players in during the pre-season period. Scroll through for the type of programs we have to offer.
Each program will include:
Education : This program will focus on improving court conditioning, speed, agility, ball skills and footwork.

Investment : You can choose any option that best suits you.
Session time : 90 min session (Times vary based on location)
Education : This program will focus on getting players back on court to develop their passing, footwork and shooting skills.

Education : This program will focus shooting skills and circle conditioning work.
Program length : this is a 4 week program
Locations :
Investment : $95
Session time : 4.30pm-6pm
Education : This program will focus getting Rep players court ready to start their season.
Program length : You can choose from a 4 or 5 week program
