Elevate Player Academy
The Elevate Player Academy is an 8-week face-to-face netball development program designed for players who are ready to build their skills, confidence, court understanding and overall game performance.
Academy is suited to players who want structured development alongside their twilight season, during the off-season, or as preparation for rep trials. The program gives players the opportunity to train in a focused Academy environment while also receiving support to continue their development at home.
Once registered, players will be sent an Academy form to complete. This helps us understand their age, position, current skill level, goals and areas they would like to improve. From this, each player will receive a personalised home program to support their development outside of face-to-face sessions.
What’s Included
- 8 weeks of 90-minute face-to-face Academy sessions Weekly structured training focused on skill development, movement, decision-making, confidence and game understanding.
- Additional School holiday Academy court-specific sessions Players will have access to position-specific sessions across Shooting, Midcourt and Defence during the school holidays. Players can choose the sessions that best suit their position, or attend up to 6 additional sessions for a more complete development experience.
- 8-week personalised home program A tailored program created from the player’s Academy form, goals and development needs.
- Access to the Player Training App Includes over 100 workouts and training options players can complete at home, on court or around their current netball commitments.
- Academy shirt Each player will receive an Academy shirt as part of their registration.
- Academy Training Book Players will receive a training book to track goals, progress, coaching points and key areas of development.
- Weekly mindset sessions Players will work on confidence, focus, preparation, goal setting and building a stronger training mindset.
- Academy Pre-program Session Players and parents will be invited to a session before the program begins, outlining how Academy works, what to expect and how players can get the most out of the program.
Age Groups
Academy programs are available for:
- 11 Years Program – players born in 2015
- 12-14 Years Program – players born between 2012 and 2014
Players who are turning 11 this year, or have already turned 11 this year, must register in the 11 Years Program. This program has been designed specifically for this stage of development, so there are no exceptions for younger players moving up.
If your child is slightly older and would like to join the Academy, they are welcome to register for the 12–14 Years Program.
Program Start Dates
All Academy programs begin in the first week of September.

Group Sizes
Each Academy group is strictly capped at 20 players.
This allows us to keep the coaching environment focused, structured and supportive, while ensuring players receive quality feedback throughout the program.
Investment
The full investment for the Academy program is $450.
An early bird price of $370 is available for a limited time.
Payment options may be available at checkout through PayPal Pay in 4, Afterpay or Klarna, depending on provider approval and terms.

Ticket Information
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets are transferable, so if your player is no longer able to attend, you may transfer the ticket to another eligible player. Please contact our team with the new player’s details before the program begins so we can update our records and ensure they receive the correct Academy information.
