Position Purpose:

As an Administration Assistant at Elevate, your role is pivotal to our vision of educating, inspiring, and evolving the worldwide netball community.

You will provide exceptional administrative support, streamline processes, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. By doing so, you will contribute to our mission of offering first-class learning experiences, building relationships with key stakeholders, and being innovative within the netball community.

This role will operate between school hours Monday-Friday and will require you to work at the head office (Gold Coast) and from home.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties, including efficient telephone handling and message dissemination.
  • Responding to customer queries via email and company social media platforms.
  • Distributing marketing materials via email.
  • Managing the gift voucher process.
  • Collecting and organising data.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate reports for app and website subscriptions, TryBooking bookings, sales figures, and inventory/expenses.
  • Ordering inventory and supplies.
  • Proactively managing your workload, ensuring adherence to timeframes.
  • Completing other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager as needed to contribute to the success of the business.

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong netball background preferred.
  • Excellent administration and follow-up skills.
  • Mature and well-developed verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work ethically and in compliance with guidelines.
  • High level of customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Canva, and TryBooking preferred.

ESSENTIAL

  • Gold coast/Brisbane based
  • Home office set up – computer, printer, working office space. 
  • Reliable Car to get to and from office on touchpoint days.

WEBSITE SUPPORT OFFICER

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part time

INCOME: $35-40 per hour based on skills/experience

LOCATION: Work from your home Monday and Wednesday. Work from the Elevate office, Tuesday and Thursday. 

 

We’re looking for a highly organised WordPress specialist to handle website support including working with clients on their requests/changes, maintenance, troubleshooting, and some development work.

Position Purpose:

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes WordPress, has extremely strong communication skills, and wants a long-term role with our company. Day to day, you’ll be assisting with website changes, providing phone and email support to customers. You’ll also perform maintenance tasks such as software updates, security hardening, speed optimisation, and more.

You will also be creating (low-medium level) custom code (PHP, CSS, JS), troubleshooting error logs and server issues, and setting up third-party website integrations. Whatever issue there is, you’re there to fix it.

 

This is a part-time position with a three month probation period with the option for a full-time role in the near future. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to have a great work/life balance. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up website support projects, e.g. configuring our standard maintenance software and features, enabling reports, removing redundant plugins, etc.
  • Performing routine website maintenance tasks such as software updates, security hardening, speed optimisation, and more.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties on requests and bug fixes.
  • Providing client support for web hosting (primarily WHM and cPanel) and domain names.
  • Using Elementor to assist with building pages for various purposes (e.g. website projects and SEO campaigns).
  • Modifying existing websites using a wide range of page builders, themes, plugins, and custom code.
  • Working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related tools to provide information and services to clients.
  • Troubleshooting error logs and server issues.
  • Using a range of project management and communication tools, including phone and video calls with clients.
  • Providing audits and internal estimates to our sales team for bug fixes and new website features.

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Very strong attention to detail. We need someone who will take their time to do things correctly the first time around.
  • Very strong planning and organisations skills, including using systems and processes to manage your workload. If you’re more of a free-wheeler and can’t use projects and tasks to organise yourself, please do not apply.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e. using simple language to explain technical matters to clients).
  • 5+ years of experience with building and/or maintaining WordPress websites (this is the only CMS we work with).
  • The ability to write advanced custom CSS and HTML code.
  • The ability to understand PHP and JavaScript code, and make adjustments or write basic functions as required.

COMMUNITY COACH

JOB TYPE : Casual

WAGE : $75.00 per hour (plus travel expenses covered)

EXPECTED HOURS ON OFFER : 3 – 15hrs per week

LOCATION : We have work in all out regions available. Sunshine coast, Gold coast, Brisbane.

Our Community Coaches are the face of our brand and an important part of the netball development within our communities! As a Community Coach you will be a part of a team of coaches who facilitate and deliver our first-class learning experiences to our netballers. The key to success in this role is an enthusiastic and positive attitude, being flexible and reliable, having strong netball coaching skills and excellent communication.

We are looking for Community Coaches for the below areas:

  • Gold Coast/Northern NSW
  • Brisbane & Surrounds
  • Sunshine Coast & Surrounds

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Very reliable and trustworthy
  • A strong netball coaching background 
  • High level of customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with an enthusiastic approach to day-to-day operations
  • Experience coaching players aged 7-15yrs 
  • Positive attitude and upbeat personality
  • Ability to communicate with people of all ages and netball abilities
  • Demonstrated flexibility within the scope of travel requirements
  • Patience
  • Work well in a team environment and individually
  • A fast learner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coach and nurture players in the fundamental rules and techniques of netball
  • Understand and deliver session plans as outlined in the Elevate Netball Session plans
  • Foster good sportsmanship and fair play.
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during sessions.
  • Attend training days to upskill on Elevate Netball programs
  • Maintain clear and open communication with your Area Manager, parents, players, and the business.
  • Foster a positive relationship with parents and other stakeholders
  • Promote Elevate Netball in a positive manner at all times
  • Create an inclusive and welcoming environment for children of all skill levels and backgrounds.

ESSENTIAL

  • Minimum 5 years netball coaching with demonstrated high level of coaching either Representative or Div 1 one teams. 
  • Demonstrated background of coaching players of all age and skill abilities 
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable Car
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Working with Children Check.
